This Privacy Policy explains how TOPSCH (a product of 3nitysoft, a CAC-registered business) collects, uses and protects the information of the schools, staff and students who use our school management platform.

1. What we collect

• School details you provide during signup (name, email, phone, address).
• Admin and teacher account details (name, email, phone).
• Student records your school adds (names, admission numbers, class, results, fees, attendance).
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and performance.

2. How we use it

• To run TOPSCH: store results, fees, attendance and generate report cards.
• To keep you signed in and to email you about your account and subscription.
• To support you (we respond on WhatsApp).
• We never sell your data or your students’ data.

3. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. You may decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner; essential cookies (like sign-in) are required for the app to work. Our marketing pages only store your cookie choice locally in your browser.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not see or store your card details.

5. Data security

Data is stored on secured cloud servers with role-based access controls (school admin, teacher, student) and is backed up. Only people with the right permissions can see the right data.

6. Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your school has an active account. You can request deletion of your school’s data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp, and we will remove it within 30 days.
