Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your school’s use of TOPSCH, a school management platform provided by 3nitysoft (a CAC-registered business in Nigeria). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate school and admin details when signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
• One school = one account. School codes and data belong to the school.

2. Subscriptions & payments

• TOPSCH offers a free trial (14 days) and paid plans (Termly or Session) priced by school size.
• Payments are made in Naira via Paystack. Subscriptions activate once payment is confirmed.
• We may change prices, but we’ll give notice before renewal at a changed price.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Using the service

• You may use TOPSCH for your school’s legitimate records. Don’t misuse it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful activity.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how your school uses it.
• We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.

4. Service availability

We work to keep TOPSCH available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and rare incidents may cause brief downtime.

5. Limitation of liability

TOPSCH is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3nitysoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Data

Your data belongs to your school. You can export or request deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email before they take effect.
